We have participated in more than 12 travel and trasportation projects in Hungary and elsewhere.
In the
past 17 years, we had continuous engagements within the travel & transportation domain, covering travel booking engines, train providers' pricing and ticketing system, AI-based id recognition for hospitality, airline to software for airplanes, both operational and passenger-facing. We have extensive experience with travel GDSs and integrations with Airline NDCs and other OTAs. Over multiple projects, we have learned the domain of train logistics.

CPR - Crew Pems Refactoring

The Lufthansa crew service suite has a monolith called PEMS. The task of the CPR team consists of two parts/phases. In the first phase, the PEMS application brings the latest crew applications to a technological level. In the second phase, we break up the monolith, a huge application, into smaller units, independent (self-maintaining) services, which follow the micro design. While working, aMS and the micro-services that have become from it must comply with CREW without friction during each release

MOTISIII

Through this Android-based application, users can easily monitor and track the maintenance activities of trains. It allows for the seamless scheduling of routine inspections, repairs, and servicing tasks.

RCGO

This web-based application helps train operators and other workforce of Rail Cargo to carry out daily operative tasks by the company’s business processes. Various BI capabilities allow management to understand the overall operations better.

Lufthansa Technik Warranty App

Greenfield project aimed to migrate existing, complex business processes related to pursuing warranty and insurance claims to a modern cloud-based web application replacing an Access-based solution.

Lufthansa Cargo

The oPal road-feeder system is essential for the business continuity of Lufthansa Cargo, as it’s used to manage trucks feeding into the air-transport logistics chain, moving all cargo handled by Lufthansa, servicing the EMEA region, North America, and Australia.

The solution also includes tender management for selecting the right vendor for delivering the cargo on the road.

US based B2B travel consolidator and travel marketplace. AI policy advisor and dynamic pricing helps improve travel offerings to clients. Integrates multiple airline NDC providers, sabre APIs, expedia and other travel OTAs. It is the amazon of travel.

Ops Portal 

AERQ is a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik and LG that develops applications for aircraft passengers' in-seat-device (ISD). AerQ's Ops Portal is a product in the AerQ ecosystem. Its main functions are configuration management and monitoring aircraft's IFE (in-flight entertainment) systems. This includes controlling what changes can happen on the IFE systems, monitoring aircraft's states, and initiating maintenance workflows.

VTR  - Virtual test Rack 

AERQ is a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik and LG that develops applications for aircraft passengers' in-seat-device (ISD).

Give control to test engineers to create virtual test infrastructure to replace physicalIn-Cabin infrastructure as easily as possible to test applications and systems and improve system quality. Also, it allows developers to use all the necessary services without the need to run these by themselves.

APPS  - Aircraft Applications 

AERQ is a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik and LG that develops applications for aircraft passengers' in-seat-device (ISD). The Aircraft Applications (APPS) team within AERQ works on several apps that provide weather information, tour booking, media and game content, and user feedback. The APPS team plans to create more apps after completing the current ones.

CSCC  - Content Supply Chain Collaboration

AERQ is a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik and LG that develops applications for aircraft passengers' in-seat-device (ISD).

Content Supply Chain is the entryway for content to enter the AERENA ecosystem. We are integrated with TMC (the Touch Media Center) to fetch media metadata and assets for DRM content approved by the airlines for their fleet.

We have participated in more than 7 e-commerce projects in Hungary and elsewhere.
In the past 17 years over third of our projects were related to the ecommerce domain. In these years we were involved in the business planning phases as well, allowing us to gain experience in platform selection as well. Based on customer requirements our business modelling helps create TCO calculations, ensuring that the platform choice is not a pure technical decision but involves business aspects as well.

Yearly revenue $700M In the past 12 years we have developed and supported multiple platform developments, currently we are replacing the legacy order entry system with a new Commerce Cloud based solution. Salesforce serves as a reporting tool for consultants, data integrations and custom screens have been implemented.

Cabi - US based fashion party plan ecommerce company

Yearly revenue $260M

During the last 11 years we have added platform extensions and integrations to an ofbiz based custom ecommerce engine. Custom leads management, reporting and commission engine was added. We designed and implemented custom mobile applications to help in-person and online party sales processes. Online party sales engine where guests can participate in a many-to-many video calls, can build wishlists during product presentations and check out on these.

Replaced incumbent Commerce Cloud vendor, completed implementations and production deployments, saved Black Friday on the new platform, being the only non-breaking electronics webshop in Hungary.

 Implementation of their online B2B and B2C platforms with bigCommerce. Integration with diagnostic systems from multiple countries. Creating, developing and supporting their cloud strategy.

Princess House - US based party plan ecommerce company

Yearly revenue $383M

Due to technical and budgetary limitation chose uCommerce to replace the legacy storefront (same legacy system as Arbonne). Implemented custom checkout processes to support multiple countries and customer types. Installment payment methods have been added to support sales in Mexico and South America in general.
