You’ll be working on complex custom-designed business applications that use a wide range of the latest technologies. We’re seeking talented and passionate people with a creative approach to problem-solving. You will be working on projects in a team of 5-8.
You will manage, coordinate and monitor several office-related work and communication in our Budapest office, on-site together with the Office Manager. You will work independently most of the time, beside cooperate with the Site Manager and the Office Management team.
YOU ARE THE PERFECT APPLICANT FOR THE POSITION, IF:
You are a patient and sociable person with good communication skills. You enjoy getting things done and supporting others. Administration makes your relaxed. You consider yourself as a team player, but you are able to manage your work independently. If using your English knowledge (written and verbal) on a daily basis is your wish. Highereducation preferable, but not necessary. Last but not least, you have some experience with MS Office.
Full-time employment is preferred, but part-time option is also available according to our agreement.
Receiving guests and clients
Managing correspondence, posts and packages
Administrating invoices and certificates of completions
Assisting the management team in administrative tasks
Tracking and managing keys and entrance cards
Supporting our internal services (e.g.: breakfast, package reception, mobile fleet, etc.)
Backing the organization of events on the site and company-wide as well
Communicating with service providers, partners to ensure the continuous supply of the office
Managing business trips
