YOU ARE THE PERFECT APPLICANT FOR THE POSITION, IF
Above all, you are enthusiastic about recruitment
You have a higher education (not an advantage, but can be useful: HR / labor / economics)
You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment
You also have recruitment experience in IT software development
You use Hungarian and English on a daily basis, confidently, both orally and in writing.
You use online recruitment and research techniques at a skill level, including boolean search
You know and use some issue management or ERP, ATS tool
You are an advanced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
You have a basic knowledge of GDPR

Manage end-to-end the recruitment process to build our software development project teams.
Find new recruitment channels and use current tools to build the pipeline.
Search, profile and evaluate potential candidates who meets real business needs based on a pre-defined set of professional criteria.
Develop of our job ads, create and launch social media campaigns with our Marketing area.
Keep personalized, active contact with candidates.
Conduct HR interviews independently, live or online, where, as the face of Sonrisa, you not only present, but also represent our corporate values and culture to the candidates.
Talent Sourcer colleagues will support you in administrative tasks, but you also have to administrate recruitment issues in Sonrisa's systems, prepare of status reports and analyses.
